Welcome to Royal Shirts. Below you will find important information regarding ordering, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Ordering

All products are available exclusively through our official website: royalshirts.com.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at hello@royalshirts.com.

Shipping

We ship to most European countries and selected international destinations. All products are made to order. Some items may ship quickly, while others, including custom or personalized products, may require additional production time before shipping.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included when available.

• Custom and personalized items may require additional handling time

• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may recieve more than one shipment confirmation or tracking link.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders placed outside the European Union, local customs duties, VAT, or import charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by you, the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

To initiate a return, please email hello@royalshirts.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Personalized or customized products made specifically according to your instructions. 

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used

• Items not in their original condition or missing packaging
