RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RoyalShirts.com is committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers. This policy complies with EU consumer rights and outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.

1. Standard Return Policy

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@royalshirts.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., shirts with printed names or custom messages)

  • Items not in original condition (used, worn, or damaged)

  • Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery

3. Replacements for Defects or Errors

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@royalshirts.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund free of charge.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Up to 14 business days for processing after receipt

  • 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address

  • Rejection at delivery

  • Failure to collect from a delivery point
    We may charge additional fees to reship or deduct original shipping from your refund.
