We design and sell apparel made for men. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all local laws in your jurisdiction.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that we deem inappropriate or infringing.

6. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure product information is accurate, but errors may occur. Colors and specifications may vary slightly due to screen displays or supplier variations.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

6A. Ordering and Delivery Conditions

Ordering
Orders can only be placed via our official website. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact hello@royalshirts.com.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where supported). Payments are securely processed via encrypted channels.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, destination, and whether the product is customized. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless explicitly stated.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your checkout total and must be paid by the recipient.

Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will attempt to contact you. Re-shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Return Process
To request a return, contact us at hello@royalshirts.com with your order number. After approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions. Returns must be shipped at your own cost using a tracked method.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds include product cost and original shipping (if applicable), but not return postage.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete

Defective Items
If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

Restocking Fee
A €3.95 restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Copy or scrape content or data

  • Interfere with Site functionality

  • Submit false orders or abusive content

  • Harass or impersonate others

Violations may result in legal action or account suspension.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, images, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional or operational purposes. You remain the owner of your content.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawtalents AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past six months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rawtalents AB from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally. Unresolved disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Trosa, Sweden, in English.
